  • "The Decisive Moment"

Henri Cartier-Bresson, the founding father of photo-journalism, believed in finding "The Decisive Moment" when taking a photograph. This moment is where all the elements of a scene come together to form a fact. It's this philosophy that has always stuck with me through my work.

My personal work has always leaned to the side of photo-journalism and reportage. I am fascinated by mankind; our behaviour and our many idiosyncrasies.

I'm a big fan of the iPhone 4 camera. It has incredible sharpness and a fast focus to capture moments in an instant. It's the perfect inconspicuous camera for my style and a perfect break from lugging big camera equipment around.
